Mary Jane Jacques was admitted to the bar in 1976. Ms. Jacques’ focus is in estate planning and administration. Ms. Jacques has extensive experience in estate planning, advising clients in the creation of simple to complex estate plans and real estate.
Ms. Jacques received her B.S. degree from Grove City University in 1962, and her M.A. degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1964. She was graduated from the Duquense University School of Law in 1976 receiving her Juris Doctor.

Charles J. Jacques, III, admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in 1993, concentrates in real estate, estate planning and estate administration. Mr. Jacques advises clients in all aspects of estate planning, including the creation of wills, trusts, powers of attorneys and living wills. Mr. Jacques represents many clients in the settling of estates from the modest to highly complex. As a licensed title agent, Attorney Jacques represents both individuals and lending institutions in real estate transactions. Finally, Mr. Jacques advises clients in the formation of businesses.
Mr. Jacques received his B.A., magna cum laude from Allegheny College in 1990, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He received a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh in 1993, where he was a member of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review, and Journal of Law and Commerce. Attorney Jacques is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Allegheny County Bar Association.

Cory Jacques Siri

Cory Jacques Siri gained admission to the Pennsylvania bar in 2002. Ms. Siri focuses both on family matters and real estate law. She currently represents clients in equitable distribution matters, divorce, custody and support matters. In addition, Ms. Siri advises clients in all aspects of the real estate transaction.
Ms. Siri received her B.S. from Carnegie Mellon University in 1993 and her M.S. from The H. John Heinz School of Public Policy and Management at Carnegie Mellon University in 1994. Ms. Siri received her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings School of the Law in 2002.

Amy B. Kubisiak

Amy B. Kubisiak, Of Counsel, was admitted to the bar in 1993. Since that time, she has represented plaintiffs in personal injury matters, including cases involving automobile accidents, slip and falls, products liability, insurance disputes, and other matters. Since 1995, she has been associated with Attorney Jerome W. Kiger in his Pittsburgh personal injury practice and has also worked in conjunction with Jacques & Jacques on personal injury matters since her admission to the bar.
Ms. Kubisiak received her B.A. in sociology, magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh in 1990. She received a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh in 1993, where she was a
member of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review and Journal of Law and Commerce. Ms. Kubisiak is a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association, where she has long served on the Civil Litigation Rules Committee.
